B2B procurement has changed — your buyers are asking AI before they call sales
Your Buyers Are Using AI to Find Vendors
Procurement managers, supply chain leads, and plant managers at food factories, electronics assembly lines, pharmaceutical facilities, and manufacturing operations across Vietnam are no longer just searching Google. They are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews for direct vendor recommendations.
The question has shifted from “What comes up in search?” to “Which workwear supplier does AI recommend for a pharmaceutical clean-room in Vietnam?” The companies that appear in those answers win the conversation before a sales call is ever made.
Traditional Search Approach
- Rely on brand awareness alone
- Generic corporate website content
- No industry-specific authority signals
- Invisible to non-branded queries
- No presence in AI-generated answers
AI & SEO Visibility Approach
- Appear in AI recommendations by sector
- Industry-specific content that AI can cite
- Entity authority built per vertical
- Rank for procurement intent keywords
- Cited as trusted source across platforms
Queries Your B2B Buyers Are Asking AI Right Now
These are real high-intent queries from procurement managers in Food, Electronics, Manufacturing, and Pharma sectors in Vietnam.
The Critical Opportunity Window
Lindstrom entered Vietnam in 2025 as the first company to introduce a sustainable workwear rental solution to this market. That first-mover advantage is real — but it is only commercially powerful if buyers can find you. Right now, none of these AI platforms are recommending Lindstrom when the exact buyers you want are asking for exactly what you offer. This retainer changes that.
Where Are You Now?
Current digital visibility for Lindstrom Group in the Vietnam market
Lindstrom Group — Vietnam Market Snapshot
Based on our analysis of lindstromgroup.com and the /vn Vietnam site, here is where Lindstrom stands today across key digital visibility metrics.
No Blog or Content Hub on the Vietnam Site
The lindstromgroup.com/vn site is primarily a service-description corporate site with no blog, no industry-specific educational content, and no thought leadership presence. AI platforms have nothing substantive to cite from the Vietnam market operation. This is the highest-priority gap to close.
Limited Schema Markup & Entity Signals
The Vietnam site lacks the structured data signals (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage schema) that AI platforms use to understand and recommend businesses with confidence. Without these signals, even excellent content will not be reliably surfaced in AI-generated answers.
No Non-Branded Keyword Coverage
Current organic traffic is almost entirely brand-name dependent. There is no content targeting the procurement intent queries that new customers — who do not yet know the Lindstrom name — are using to discover workwear service vendors in Vietnam.
Vietnam Market Still Nascent — Baseline is Low but Upside is Enormous
Operations launched in March 2025 from the Bien Hoa City service centre. The digital footprint is still being established. This is the optimal time to build the foundation correctly — the compounding effect of 12 months of structured growth work starts from today, not from a later catch-up position.
Lindstrom vs. Key Competitors in Workwear Services
How Lindstrom’s digital presence compares to established workwear and uniform service players with Vietnam or ASEAN presence.
| Company | Market Focus | Domain Rating | Organic Traffic | AI Citations | Vietnam Content |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lindstrom Group | Food, Electronics, Manufacturing, Pharma — Vietnam | ~47 | ~83/mo (VN) | None found | Service pages only |
| Elis Group | Europe + Asia (Malaysia, Singapore) | ~62 | Strong (global) | Occasional mentions | No VN presence |
| Dony Garment Vietnam | Vietnam uniform manufacturing | ~28 | Moderate | Low | Strong local SEO |
| FMF Uniform Vietnam | Corporate + factory uniforms VN | ~22 | Low–moderate | None | Vietnamese language focus |
| Thygesen Textile VN | Protective clothing manufacturing | ~30 | Moderate | Low | English + VN content |
| Alsico | European industrial workwear | ~45 | Moderate | Low | No VN presence |
The Lindstrom Advantage: First-Mover + Premium Positioning
Lindstrom is uniquely positioned in Vietnam: the only European-standard workwear rental service operating in the market, with a proven circular economy model, 175+ years of global heritage, and service capability across the four highest-growth B2B verticals. No direct competitor currently has this combination. The opportunity is to build the digital authority that matches Lindstrom’s physical first-mover advantage — before international competitors enter the market.
AI Platform Visibility: Lindstrom Group
We tested Lindstrom’s visibility across the 4 major AI platforms that B2B procurement managers now use to research and shortlist vendors.
Why AI Platforms Cannot Cite Lindstrom Yet
AI systems build recommendations from three core signals: structured entity definition (schema, consistent brand signals), passage-level authority content (detailed, citable industry pages), and third-party citation networks (industry mentions, PR, backlinks). The Vietnam operation launched in 2025 and has not yet had time to build these signals. This retainer systematically constructs all three across the four target sectors over 12 months.

Important: Technical Implementation Dependencies
A meaningful portion of the SEO and GEO improvements identified through this engagement will require development changes to Lindstrom’s website and digital infrastructure — including structured data implementation, page speed remediation, site architecture updates, and CMS configuration changes. Saigon Digital will specify, brief, and QA all required development work. Implementation sits with Lindstrom’s global or local development team (as per the RACI above).
Where development work is delayed, blocked, or deprioritised, it will directly constrain the pace of results across SEO and AI visibility workstreams, and may prevent the team from achieving agreed KPIs within the expected timeframe. Any at-risk workstreams caused by implementation delays will be flagged in the monthly report and escalated to Henri and Ashutosh at the earliest opportunity so that blockers can be resolved before they impact performance.
Our Operating Principle
Saigon Digital acts as the strategic and specialist engine. Mimi Pham is the day-to-day point of contact for Henri and Rohit. Simon Quyet owns technical SEO and GEO execution. Kes Raath ensures every workstream is delivered on time and to quality. Nick Rowe brings senior strategic oversight and joins QBRs with Manus to reset the roadmap each quarter. On the Lindstrom side, Henri owns digital direction, Ashutosh operationalises locally in Vietnam, Rohit handles coordination, and Manus provides executive accountability. You always know who to call and what’s being done.

Why This Structure Works
A retainer model is the right fit for AI visibility growth because the compounding effects take months to build. The first 30 days establishes infrastructure. Months 2–3 begin producing results. Months 4–6 start showing meaningful growth. Months 7–12 are where the compounding effect becomes commercially significant. A retainer ensures the team stays focused, delivers consistently, and can make strategic adjustments in real-time — rather than starting over after each project.

Why Vietnam. Why Now.
Vietnam’s B2B industrial market is growing faster than almost any other economy in Southeast Asia — and Lindstrom is already inside it.
Vietnam attracted USD 38.4 billion in registered FDI in 2025 — the highest level on record. Manufacturing accounted for 82.7% of all FDI implemented in early 2026. The industrial zones of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, and Hanoi’s northern corridor are growing at pace, with hundreds of new factories and facilities requiring exactly the services Lindstrom provides.
The four Lindstrom target sectors are among the fastest-growing in Vietnam’s FDI landscape: food processing (driven by export demand), electronics assembly (Samsung, Intel, LG supply chain expansion), pharmaceutical manufacturing (foreign-invested growth from European and Japanese operators), and general manufacturing (relocated from China under tariff pressure).
Every new factory that opens in Vietnam is a potential Lindstrom customer. The procurement managers at these facilities are increasingly digitally-savvy, English-speaking, and using AI tools to shortlist vendors before their first call to a sales team.
The Window Is Now
Lindstrom entered Vietnam as the first European-standard workwear rental operator. That first-mover advantage diminishes each year as the market matures and competitors enter. The companies that build digital authority now — structured content, AI citations, sector-specific positioning — will be the ones that procurement managers find, trust, and call when they need workwear services. This is the window. This retainer is how you use it.
Ready to Build Vietnam’s Leading Workwear Visibility?
Lindstrom has the physical infrastructure, the service quality, and the first-mover position. Saigon Digital builds the digital authority that turns that advantage into a pipeline of qualified B2B leads across every sector.
